Some garments are made-to-order, so please allow anywhere from 2-10 days until your package is shipped. Processing time differs from item to item, so please refer to the garment descriptions for specific times. When the parcel has been turned over the post office, you will be issued a tracking number and at that time I am no longer responsible for the state of that package. Due to customization, once orders are processed, returns and refunds will not be accepted. Currently, only shipping to the United States is available.
